Job Summary

This dual-role position requires an individual to manage and maintain essential software development toolchains while simultaneously serving as a Scrum Master for a software development project. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering Jira projects (setting up access, configuring boards, and project creation), maintaining interfaces with other critical tools like PTC Integrity, and providing training to end-users on Jira functionality. As a Scrum Master, you will organize agile meetings, facilitate retrospectives, and manage documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field, possesses relevant professional experience, and is proficient in agile software development practices, specifically utilizing Jira, PTC Integrity, and Windchill. This permanent, full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to combine technical tool administration with agile project leadership in a leading German company, requiring strong organizational and presentation skills, along with good German and English proficiency.
