Job Summary

Join a dynamic team in Bremen as a Development Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on innovative measurement technology solutions. This full-time, permanent role involves developing new products for production processes, primarily utilizing optical measurement techniques. Day-to-day tasks include validating technical setups through simulation and functional testing, ensuring functionality under specific working conditions, and optimizing solutions for development effort, time, and production costs. A key aspect of this position is leading development projects and coordinating cross-departmental activities, collaborating closely with construction, electronics, software, and physics teams. Candidates must possess a degree (Master/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, or Physics with a focus on Electrical Engineering, coupled with initial experience as a Development Engineer. Strong expertise in digital circuit technology combined with signal processors and analog circuit technology is essential, along with very good German and English skills.
