Job Summary

Join the Controlling Staff Unit at Immobilien Bremen, a central partner for managing and operating public real estate in Bremen, and contribute to energy-efficient projects and city development. As a Controlling Specialist, you will be instrumental in advising the management and department heads on crucial economic matters, including quarterly reports, internal financial statements, and annual accounts. Your day-to-day tasks will involve advancing controlling procedures, independently generating comprehensive data analyses, evaluations, and reports, and presenting these findings to various committees and leadership teams. You will also manage the inventory system related to controlling and economic planning, and coordinate investment measures. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in economics or an equivalent commercial qualification combined with significant professional experience in financial accounting and controlling. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in standard software like MS Office, with experience in SAP being a plus. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree in Economics (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)); OR relevant commercial vocational training followed by further qualification (e.g., Certified Specialist, Certified Business Administrator, or Business Economist).
