Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Senior Technical Consultant, focusing on defining, implementing, and configuring interfaces, particularly concerning Payroll systems, within a highly flexible web-based database and process management system (HELIX). The consultant will work closely with product management and customers to define interface requirements, execute technical and functional implementations, and manage initial data migrations. Key responsibilities include providing technical consulting on processes like Single Sign-On (SSO) and data flows (APIs, exports), serving as the technical contact during extensive customer onboarding, and supporting system mergers through data transfers. The ideal candidate must possess a strong IT/software background, deep technical and functional knowledge of HR processes, HR system landscapes, and Payroll data structures (e.g., Fidelis Personal, P&I Loga, Datev, Sage), and proven experience in project management and customer consulting. Excellent problem-solving skills and very good German language proficiency are essential for success in this challenging and creative environment.
