Job Summary

This role involves supporting the daily operations of the Sample Supply Library, a critical part of the production workflow at Zalando Fashion Studios. The Assistant will be responsible for the physical and systematic organization and management of fashion samples, ensuring the sample warehouse runs smoothly. Key daily tasks include efficiently unpacking and packing boxes for various stakeholders (suppliers, studios, vendors), maintaining inventory accuracy within the system, and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a fashion retail or warehouse setting, basic knowledge of inventory systems, and good communication skills in English. This is a full-time, onsite role limited to a 12-month contract.
