Job Summary
This role focuses on the development and validation of hardware components for advanced automotive electronics, specifically targeting lighting applications, including LED diodes and drivers. Day-to-day tasks involve the creation and maintenance of electrical schematics and layouts using tools like Altium Designer, followed by rigorous testing and validation of the developed components. The engineer will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless hardware integration into the overall system and will be crucial in supporting error analysis and troubleshooting efforts. A key responsibility is documenting all development processes in strict adherence to V-Model and Spice Level standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and brings several years of experience within the automotive sector, along with mandatory fluent German language skills. This position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work on exciting projects for leading automotive OEMs and suppliers.
