Job Summary

This critical role involves taking component responsibility for Li-Ion cells across various High-Voltage (HV) battery projects within the automotive sector. The engineer will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and evaluating comprehensive cell tests to rigorously assess performance, lifespan, safety, and environmental resilience. A key part of the role is managing development and validation activities, collaborating closely with international suppliers, cell manufacturers, and service providers. Furthermore, the role requires deriving precise electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical cell requirements based on overarching HV battery system specifications and validating operational windows for Li-Ion cells. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field, coupled with several years of specific experience in Li-Ion cell development and testing, along with negotiation-level English proficiency.
