Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to elevate technology and contribute to innovation within the fields of electrical and automation technology. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive system administration tasks, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC workstations and various IT endpoints, followed by user instruction and handover. You will operate and manage local IT systems, hardware, and software applications according to established operational standards. A critical daily function is acting as the first line of support, logging and processing error messages using helpdesk software, conducting fault analysis, and resolving disturbances or escalating issues to the next support level. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess fundamental knowledge of PC hardware and IT networks, and demonstrate initial experience managing Windows and MS Office environments. Strong customer and service orientation, along with the willingness to work early and late shifts, are essential prerequisites for success in this demanding role.
