Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position is for an IT Support Specialist based at the Bad Kissingen headquarters of a GMP-certified quality control laboratory within the Tentamus Group. The specialist serves as the primary contact for all employee IT inquiries, independently handling requests and disturbances while coordinating closely with an external IT supplier. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, management, and maintenance of hardware, meticulous IT inventory tracking, and managing the hardware and software aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The role requires providing remote support for satellite locations in Karlsruhe and Oldenburg within an Active Directory environment. The ideal candidate needs a completed IT-focused vocational qualification and robust knowledge of MS Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and network concepts.
