Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the safe and smooth operation of critical infrastructure, particularly within the railway sector, by specializing as a Substation Control Technician. Key responsibilities include the technical parameterization and configuration of SICAM systems within energy grid automation projects. Day-to-day tasks involve commissioning systems on-site, managing customer acceptance, troubleshooting complex system disturbances, and planning the technical implementation of projects in close cooperation with project management. The ideal candidate possesses a technical qualification, multi-year experience in energy supply automation (preferably rail/infrastructure), and strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving. This position offers the chance to apply and expand specialized knowledge in low, medium, and high voltage environments while working autonomously and as part of a dynamic team across Germany.
