Job Summary
This critical role seeks a Process Manager to drive digital transformation and efficiency within the Service Center, focusing heavily on Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include the strategic development and operational execution of AI applications, specifically managing and enhancing Chatbots and Voicebots. The manager will define the target architecture, establish governance frameworks, manage KPIs and reports, and coordinate extensively with both internal departments (IT, Legal, Compliance) and external product/service providers, including cost and contract oversight. Key requirements include a background in finance or banking consulting, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in project management and steering external vendors. This position offers the chance to innovate financial services within a large, international banking group (Crédit Agricole) based in Stuttgart.
