Job Summary
This role involves working as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), or Medical Assistant (MFA) within a certified human pathology medical service center. The primary responsibilities include the acceptance and preparation of tissue samples, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards. A critical aspect of the job is possessing strong knowledge of medical nomenclature and using clear, goal-oriented communication when handling unclear cases. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training in one of the specified fields, possess laboratory experience, demonstrate responsibility, and be a strong team player.
