Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a completed Technician degree with several years of professional experience in the specified areas.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in automation technology, especially in programming SIMATIC-S7 controllers and HMI
  • Initial experience and knowledge in digitalization, Internet of Things (IoT), connectivity, or SysOps
  • Training background enabling the teaching of IT fundamentals, data processing, and application-oriented instructions
  • Familiarity with installation technology and VDE regulations

Additional

  • Willingness to travel to other training locations within Germany if required. Work attendance is typically in weekly block events, 07:00-15:30. Mobile working is possible up to 20% based on planning requirements.
