Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary technical and maintenance contact for the Munich branch of a passionate, food-focused fine food market chain. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing minor repairs and maintenance work both indoors and outdoors, overseeing the servicing of inventory and technical equipment, and managing fire and occupational safety protocols. A key part of the job is supervising and controlling external service providers, from obtaining quotes to invoice verification. The ideal candidate has a technical or trade background (e.g., Electrician, Installer, Building Technician), possesses strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working proactively and independently. Familiarity with refrigeration systems and maintenance contracts is required, along with good command of the German language and proficiency in MS Office and other software systems. This position is available full-time or part-time.
