A dynamic Sales Manager is sought to drive the expansion and management of the partner network for Delta Controls' smart Building Automation and IoT solutions across Central Europe. This role involves coordinating existing partners, actively acquiring new projects, customers, and system integrators, and providing crucial support during tenders and strategic planning processes, including budget and order intake forecasting. The manager will also create market and competitor analyses, organize trade fairs, and conduct product presentations and training sessions independently. Candidates must possess a technical university degree or an equivalent technical qualification (e.g., Technician), exceptional sales and communication skills, and knowledge of relevant standards like VOB and ISO EN 50001.
