This role involves actively shaping and executing exciting technical building management (TGM) projects, focusing on energy efficiency and modern systems like lighting, ventilation, and sanitation in prominent European buildings, such as government offices and cultural venues. The Project Technician/Engineer will support the planning, consulting, and execution of TGM projects while strictly adhering to cost, quality, and schedule specifications. Key responsibilities include project control, cost tracking, change order management, and coordinating procurement negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
