Job Summary

This role involves preparing, coordinating, and actively supporting technology optimization experiments, working closely with technology and test experts. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for mapping experiments in the production control system, ensuring timely provision of recipes and programs, and tracking experiment execution. Key responsibilities also include coordinating engineering activities with development engineers, initiating and supporting the evaluation of test results, and conducting non-standard analyses in the production line and failure analysis lab. The ideal candidate will integrate insights into business processes, implement process improvements, and support project teams in coordinating external trials. This position requires a background in engineering or natural sciences, familiarity with tracking tools, and a foundational understanding of semiconductor processes.
