The specialist is responsible for providing telephone IT consultation and support, independently handling ticket processing beyond standard First-Level Support, and prioritizing incoming requests. A key component of the job is monitoring IT systems and applications, alongside creating essential IT documentation, instructions, and handouts for colleagues. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational training or several years of relevant experience, coupled with professional expertise in MS Active Directory and MS Exchange.
