Job Summary

This role involves the technical and commercial management of complex electrical engineering construction projects, specifically focusing on high-voltage (KG440) and low-voltage (KG450) systems within technical building equipment (KG400). Based in Dresden, the Project Manager will oversee new construction, renovation, and extensive electrical work, ensuring compliance with planning and construction supervision standards (HOAI). Key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring construction measures, acting on behalf of the client, developing project concepts (e.g., fire alarm systems, video surveillance), and supporting cost estimation and service specification creation. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or master qualification in electrical engineering, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrates a willingness to deepen expertise in German construction law (VOB/VOL) and fee regulations (HOAI).
