Job Summary
This specialized controlling role focuses on financial and resource management within the social services sector, specifically integration assistance for people with intellectual disabilities. The Controller will be instrumental in building and maintaining operational and technical key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration assistance, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Day-to-day tasks include translating client service hours into required personnel planning, reviewing service groups and times in collaboration with pedagogical specialists, and generating crucial statistics for regulatory bodies and internal steering. The role requires advising leadership on personnel and resource planning, developing economic scenarios, and representing the organization in technical committees. Candidates must possess a degree in Social Management, Social Economics, or Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Management, coupled with strong data analysis skills and a deep understanding of the Federal Participation Act (BTHG) requirements and pedagogical processes.

Experience
- Professional experience in Social Management, Social Economics, or Business Administration (Non-Profit focus)
- Knowledge of current developments in Integration Assistance, especially concerning BTHG requirements
- Experience in data preparation, calculation, and evaluation of operational data
