Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated (Senior) System Engineer to actively shape and manage the company's critical Atlassian landscape, focusing on developing modern and sustainable End-to-End solutions for public administration, defense, and enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, configuration, administration, and maintenance of both On-Premise and Cloud Atlassian products, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management/Insight. The position requires strategic conceptual development, establishing company-wide standards, performing requirements analysis, and providing internal consulting to projects utilizing these tools. Candidates must possess a successfully completed STEM degree (MINT) or equivalent IT qualification, coupled with proven expertise in Atlassian tool administration, customizing workflows, and managing add-ons. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to drive the adoption of modern tools and efficient processes within a strong IT team.
