Job Summary
This highly visible, strategic role involves defining and delivering the product vision and strategy for digital assets (cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, stablecoins) across Pictet, aligning with their Ambition 2030 goals. Reporting to the Head of Group Technology Strategy and Innovation, you will translate strategic objectives and institutional/private client needs into a comprehensive product roadmap covering custody, trading, and asset tokenization. This is a client-facing expert role, requiring you to educate clients and stakeholders on current and future capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Infrastructure) and agile development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions. Success requires deep knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain architecture, and Swiss/European banking regulations, coupled with fluent French and English skills to manage complex projects and drive business growth.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or Sciences, or professional qualification deemed equivalent.
Experience
- At least five years of experience working in the digital asset sector, demonstrating strategic thinking and thought leadership.
- Professional experience in a regulated financial services environment (plus).
- Experience of working within or alongside agile development teams, balancing MVP delivery with secure, compliant product features.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders, including the Partners, clients and service providers.

- Deep knowledge of financial industry requirements, especially Swiss/European banking regulations, digital asset compliance, and traditional/core banking processes; Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
