Job Summary

This role involves leading and overseeing high and extra-high voltage energy projects, managing all phases from site preparation through to completion. The Construction Manager will be responsible for organizing teams, subcontractors, and material logistics while strictly enforcing safety and quality standards on site. A key part of the role is coordinating communication between project management, technical departments, and external partners, and supporting comprehensive project documentation and evaluation. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering and significant practical experience managing construction for energy or industrial plants. Crucially, the role requires existing authorization for high/extra-high voltage switching operations, or the willingness to obtain it, alongside a structured, independent work style and strong assertiveness.
