Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and execution of high and extra-high voltage energy facility construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the establishment of these facilities, coordinating and managing assembly teams and external service providers, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations, scheduling, and material logistics on site. The manager will be responsible for aligning project execution with project leadership, technical departments, and external partners, while closely monitoring quality, costs, and construction progress. A crucial aspect of the role is the supervision and execution of switching operations in high/extra-high voltage systems, requiring either an existing switching authorization or the willingness to acquire one. This position requires strong leadership skills, a structured approach, and significant travel readiness within the operational area, offering the opportunity to work on future-oriented, impactful projects within an international, diverse technology partner.
