Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management and technical oversight of engineering structures, particularly those related to road construction projects within the municipal service enterprise in Suhl. The specialist will be responsible for prioritizing and planning maintenance, preparing and executing tenders, creating specifications, coordinating construction execution, and leading site consultations. Key duties also include conducting technical inspections, monitoring structures, performing damage analyses, and handling the final acceptance, measurement, and billing of services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably specializing in Road or Hydraulic/Underground Engineering, possesses strong knowledge of structural analysis (statics), and has experience working within public administration. This is a full-time, permanent position offering involvement in critical municipal infrastructure projects.
