Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the management of a well-established tax and auditing firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating appointments, meetings, and business travel, ensuring smooth preparation and follow-up, and managing critical deadlines. The assistant will also be responsible for creating presentations, protocols, and decision templates for strategic planning, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners, and actively participating in special projects. The ideal candidate holds a commercial qualification, such as a commercial apprenticeship or qualification as a Tax Clerk, and possesses initial experience in executive assistance or office management.
