Job Summary
This role involves leading and planning construction projects and measures within the in-house planning department, focusing on electrical engineering, specifically communications technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing all phases of construction projects (HOAI phases 1-9), with a strong emphasis on fire alarm systems, alerting systems, and data networks within public buildings in Bremen. The Project Manager will form interdisciplinary project teams, manage quality, costs, and deadlines, and coordinate extensively with internal departments and external agencies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification (Master/Technician with extensive experience) and possesses strong knowledge of planning/building law, HOAI, and VOB. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in Electrical Engineering, ideally focused on Communications Technology, or a Master/Technician certification in the field.
Experience
- Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or equivalent)
- Alternatively, successful completion of Master or Technician certification in this field with extensive relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in the specified focus areas (advantageous)
- Experience in public construction administration (advantageous)
