Job Summary

This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and social engagement, seeking an Electronics Technician to also serve as a Group Leader within a recognized workshop (WfbM) dedicated to the social and professional reintegration of individuals with mental illnesses. Day-to-day, the Group Leader will be responsible for organizing and executing customer orders, ensuring quality assurance, and providing personalized support and training to employees. This involves developing and implementing measures to promote work abilities, closely collaborating with the social services team, and balancing employee support needs with industrial demands. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (e.g., Industrial or Systems Electronics Technician), strong communication skills, resilience, and a secure handling of IT, along with a driver's license.
