Job Summary
This role involves managing and controlling the technical aspects of building management in Berlin, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and overseeing maintenance, inspections, and repair work, managing external contractors, and leading internal staff. A key part of the role involves generating detailed documentation and reports, as well as undertaking on-site sales tasks and preparing quotations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical degree or relevant Master/Technician qualification in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Facility Management, coupled with strong economic acumen and excellent written and verbal German language skills. Education
Completed degree in a technical discipline (Supply Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering) or Technician/Master certification in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience with building technical systems (TGA) is advantageous
