Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Management (TGM) to oversee complex and sustainable construction projects across Germany, such as equipping the Kö-Bogen II with sustainable technology or making Deutsche Bahn facilities CO2-neutral. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project and assembly teams, managing the entire project lifecycle from offer preparation and material scheduling to cost tracking, change order management, and final billing. You will also be responsible for verifying supplier invoices, coordinating defect resolution, and creating comprehensive project documentation. Candidates must possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary) systems and be proficient in relevant DIN and VDI standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Craftsman, Technician qualification in Building Technology, or a relevant degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in TGM or customer service.
