Job Summary

This role involves leading critical Research and Development projects focused on analog instant film technology for a traditional, growing international brand. Based in the production facility in Monheim am Rhein, Germany, the Project Manager will independently drive the development and optimization of casting experiments at both laboratory and pilot scales, alongside general lab experiments supporting the R&D team. A key part of the role is providing technical guidance to laboratory assistants, documenting and presenting research results, and serving as the crucial interface between production, quality assurance, and senior management. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Chemistry (a PhD is advantageous) and possess required experience in interdisciplinary R&D environments.
