Job Summary

This System Engineer role involves taking ownership of the organization's ICT network infrastructure, focusing on management, monitoring, and detailed reporting in collaboration with the System Engineering team. A core responsibility is leading disturbance analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of errors, backed by 2nd and 3rd level technical support. You will be instrumental in driving innovation by independently developing technical concepts, overseeing their implementation, and managing the procurement and commissioning of new hardware and network components. Successful candidates must possess formal IT qualifications and proven experience in networking technologies like Firewall, Switching, Routing, and Wireless. While strong troubleshooting and networking experience is essential, certifications such as ITIL or Cisco CCNA are highly valued. This position offers a blend of operational support and strategic project leadership, requiring a structured, self-driven approach and readiness for on-call service.
