Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Staff Accountant to join a creative and collaborative finance team, supporting three German locations and contributing significantly to the global financial reporting process. The core responsibilities involve managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation, and overseeing the dunning process. A crucial aspect of the role is supporting monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with both German Commercial Code (HGB) and US GAAP standards. Candidates must possess professional commercial or accounting training (such as a certified tax clerk equivalent), strong foundational knowledge of general and subsidiary ledgers, and practical experience with ERP/accounting systems like DATEV and Oracle NetSuite.
