Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled Chemical Technical Assistant based in Hannover, focusing on the development and refinement of chemical formulations for the textile, carpet, latex, and other chemical industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new recipes, conducting application-specific testing (physical, chemical, mechanical, and flame-retardant properties), and preparing detailed laboratory reports. The assistant will also be responsible for manufacturing small batches (up to 500 KG), supporting production runs for new products, and occasionally assisting with quality assurance and incoming goods inspection. Key qualifications include a chemical or technical background, proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and familiarity with ERP/inventory management and document management systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a long-term role with planned integration into the client's team, providing stability and a friendly work environment.
