Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT Specialist to be the central point of contact for all infrastructure topics within the Research & Development and Production sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring smooth IT operations, including patching and monitoring, to support both product development and manufacturing processes. A key focus will be on rolling out successful production IT concepts to other sites globally to enhance efficiency and optimization. The specialist will also be heavily involved in conceptualizing and implementing data strategies to enable advanced scenarios in data analysis, Big Data, and AI. Furthermore, the role requires participation in or leadership of various IT projects focusing on infrastructure, R&D, and production. Candidates must bring several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within a production environment, strong knowledge of CAx systems, IT security, networking, and proven project management skills. Multilingual proficiency in German and English is required.
