Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced FPGA Developer passionate about the aerospace industry, offering the chance to continuously evolve within a leading engineering service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing PLD/FPGA for embedded systems in the aviation sector, adhering strictly to existing concepts and processes, including RTCA DO-254 standards. Key tasks include implementing technical requirements, optimizing hardware architectures, programming and testing Board Support Packages (BSPs) for electronic control units, and conducting detailed PLD/FPGA reviews. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in aviation software development and profound knowledge of PLD/FPGA technologies and development tools (e.g., Microsemi, Xilinx, Altera). The position requires fluent German and English skills and offers an unlimited contract, remote work options, and extensive development opportunities within interdisciplinary teams.
