Building Services Engineer (TBE) | Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)

Job Summary

This position is for a proactive Building Services Engineer specializing in Electrical, Automation, and Communication Technology, tasked with independently managing complex projects from initial needs assessment through final acceptance and documentation. You will oversee all service phases (HOAI 2021), including preliminary planning, detailed cost calculation and control, drafting comprehensive specifications, and conducting critical negotiations with public authorities and construction companies. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle projects with security clearance requirements. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in Electrical, Automation, or Communication Technology. While professional experience in the TBE sector and familiarity with CAD systems like Auto-CAD are beneficial, they are not mandatory prerequisites. This challenging role offers an unlimited contract, flexible working models, and requires periodic national travel for construction supervision.
