Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365, guiding customers through the introduction, development, and optimization of Microsoft Cloud solutions for modern work environments. You will serve as a technical sparring partner, applying expertise from detailed consulting to hands-on technical implementation. Core duties include providing technical consulting on Collaboration, Security, and Modern Workplace solutions within Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies. You will conduct IT assessments, develop migration and optimization concepts, create and maintain knowledge databases, and deliver training. The position requires foundational knowledge and practical experience in implementing and administering M365 environments, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Security & Compliance features, alongside an understanding of cloud architectures and hybrid scenarios.
