Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing IT and operational processes related to system services, focusing heavily on data analysis and stakeholder coordination within the energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include performing operational follow-up and coordination processes for system services, meticulous stakeholder management, and creating detailed cost analyses and data reports for both internal and external stakeholders, such as the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) and ACER. A key part of the job is supporting the continuous development of the IT landscape to stabilize operational processes and assisting in the optimization and automation of compensation processes. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, possesses experience working diligently with large data volumes, and has proficient knowledge of energy industry follow-up processes for system services.
