Job Summary

This role involves working as an EMC Engineer in the greater Karlsruhe area for a client in the automotive industry. The core responsibilities include the planning, execution, and evaluation of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) measurements on automotive control units and electrical components. The engineer will analyze test results, derive appropriate measures, and create comprehensive EMC test concepts and plans in collaboration with development, testing, and quality assurance teams. Furthermore, the position requires supporting the constructive design of electrical systems to ensure EMC conformity and optimizing laboratory setups, measurement stations, and test methods. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Vehicle Technology, coupled with professional experience in the EMC field, ideally within the automotive sector, and a strong understanding of circuit technology, high-frequency technology, and electric drives. Good proficiency in both German and English is required.
