Job Summary

This role is centered on contributing to the design, implementation, and commissioning of technical solutions, primarily within the AZURE Cloud infrastructure, for a leading global technology firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability of the AZURE environment, including the critical configuration and management of MS Teams and SharePoint environments. Day-to-day duties involve comprehensive service delivery, encompassing Microsoft O365 user administration, client service troubleshooting, and providing essential IT support and training to employees. Furthermore, the administrator will manage the network infrastructure, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD), and specialized industry software, while actively monitoring and developing the overall IT infrastructure. The position requires a background in IT, strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 and server operating systems, and practical experience in cloud technologies and networking, offering a permanent contract within a dynamic, innovative environment.
