This role is perfect for a motivated IT Specialist looking to join a regionally rooted family business specializing in Supply Chain Technologies, providing customized hardware and software solutions (Barcode/RFID) for production and logistics transparency. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on providing crucial 2nd-Level support via the service hotline during office hours. You will manage the entire lifecycle of service tickets, from documentation and troubleshooting to coordinating solutions with internal development teams. Key tasks also include remotely deploying functional and security updates, installing and configuring industrial PCs for proprietary solutions, and setting up and maintaining server applications. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification, possessing a strong foundation in network technology and operating systems.
