The Technical Director will be responsible for organizing and monitoring maintenance and modernization projects, managing external service providers and technical consultants, and handling budget planning and forecasting. A core requirement is guaranteeing the smooth operation of the technical department and the functionality of all technical equipment and systems within the hotel. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant technical degree or equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience in engineering, preferably within a related industry, coupled with strong leadership and administrative skills necessary to coordinate the technical team and liaise with international departments.
