Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing and managing all Technical Services for Meliá Frankfurt City, ensuring compliance with legal and professional regulations. Key responsibilities include strategic facility management, process optimization, and cost control. The Technical Director will be responsible for organizing and monitoring maintenance and modernization projects, managing external service providers and technical consultants, and handling budget planning and forecasting. A core requirement is guaranteeing the smooth operation of the technical department and the functionality of all technical equipment and systems within the hotel. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant technical degree or equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience in engineering, preferably within a related industry, coupled with strong leadership and administrative skills necessary to coordinate the technical team and liaise with international departments.
