This role involves supporting and expanding quality monitoring within Central Field Service (CFS) Quality Management, focusing heavily on process automation and digitalization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring monthly reporting across various regions, covering metrics like document return, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), and audits. A critical component of the job is developing data-driven solutions for CFS Quality Management, including implementing AI-based approaches for supplier and quality management. You will also develop IT-driven automation solutions for processes such as documentation review and creating inspection plans for on-site checks. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Informatics or a relevant technical background combined with high IT competence, particularly in Power BI, Excel programming, SAP, and AI applications.
