Job Summary

This role is a unique opportunity to join an internationally active company in an innovative, high-performance environment, specifically within the field of plasma etching. As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the technical monitoring, control, and optimization of high-tech plasma etching systems and processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing new etching processes based on customer requirements, systematically analyzing existing processes for continuous defect reduction and yield improvement, and solving operational problems in close collaboration with internal teams and equipment service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, or a related field, possesses strong statistical process analysis skills, and is adept at managing technological projects. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required for collaboration with international clients in the semiconductor industry.
