Job Summary

This critical role requires an experienced professional to independently lead complex civil engineering projects, primarily focusing on cable, pipeline construction, and house connections. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive construction site coordination, managing specialized technical personnel deployment, and ensuring the efficient disposition of materials and equipment. The manager acts as the primary point of contact, steering communication with both clients and subcontractors. A core focus is financial oversight, encompassing cost control, profitability review, detailed invoicing, documentation, and claims management. Successful candidates must possess a background as a Civil Engineer, Master Craftsman, or Technician in Civil Works, coupled with proven experience in construction site planning and personnel leadership. Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and a relevant commercial driving license are essential prerequisites for this permanent position.
