Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 2nd Level Support within the IT Service department for the Osnabrück district administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Office products, deploying IT end devices, handling user and authorization administration, and administering specialized applications and Windows Servers. A core focus is providing application support and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the IT infrastructure and authorizations. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration, possess very strong knowledge of Windows Client Systems, and good administrative knowledge of Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Server, and SQL Server. Experience with Office 365 administration and basic project management knowledge are also desired.
