Job Summary

This role is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Operations Analytics team, focusing on optimizing the customer journey across various markets using data-driven insights. The core mission involves combining technical expertise with business acumen to actively shape the future of operational business. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, structuring, and analyzing large, heterogeneous datasets from Sales, Service, and CRM departments, transforming them into clear, actionable insights. The analyst will develop and implement scalable, automated dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to enable data-based decisions. A key function is identifying trends and patterns, deriving data-driven recommendations, and supporting the planning and execution of A/B tests, including statistical analysis and interpretation of results, while advising departments on optimal test design. The position offers high flexibility, including remote work options across Germany (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Bad Reichenhall, or fully remote), and is ideal for proactive, data-loving individuals with a 'Growth Mindset'.
