Job Summary

This role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity as a Road Construction Supervisor and Planner, focusing on sustainable and future-oriented infrastructure projects across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The position is centered on construction supervision, coordination, and technical planning, rather than direct execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project execution regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and contract compliance, reviewing technical plans, and coordinating extensively with clients, authorities, contractors, and specialist planners. You will ensure strict adherence to technical regulations (such as ZTV, RStO, DIN, and VOB) and participate in site meetings, acceptance procedures, and documentation efforts. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Road Construction Master Craftsman or comparable experience in civil engineering.
