Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the technical maintenance team to ensure the continuous operational availability of all production facilities. The Shift Leader will be the central point of contact for organizing, executing, and controlling maintenance and repair work, including supporting investment projects and managing external contractors for installations and services. A key part of the job is leadership, focusing on the professional and personal development of the team through clear communication and training organization. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman qualification (Meister) in mechanics, electrical, or automation technology, coupled with professional experience in technical leadership and maintenance of complex production machinery, including knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. This position requires working within a three-shift system and offers a secure, permanent position with significant scope for decision-making within a leading European food production group.
